We send a significant message about ourselves and feelings via the means of fashion, and style. I have always had a natural tendency to pay attention to this, that existed long before obtaining a Psychology degree. I always operated by the mind-set, 'this is how I feel today, so this is what I will wear'. The correlation is there for me. Today, for example I feel fancy, yet like Pizza is my boyfriend. I call this look 'Irony with Frills'.
